If your account is currently suspended because of incorrect or outdated credit card information, please contact billing@hosting-4-me.com asap.
Once your account has been placed on suspension for billing issues, we usually keep your complete website on our server for a period of 10 days. Afterwards, we completely remove it from our server. If you choose to reactivate your account anytime within the 10 days, you usually will have complete restoration of your website without any problems.
To get your site reactivated, we first need full payment made for all past-due monies. You can make payments by Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram or IMT (Canada only).
