Site Migration Instructions

Transferring website files over to Country-Tyme is easy using your Account Manager and our Migration Request Form.

Here are the steps you need to take.

Step 1. First make sure that your control panel logins are working.

Step 2. Login to your Account Manager at http://hosting-4-me.com/cart/. Click on Submit a Ticket and select the Migration Request Form.

Step 3. Select the hosting service that you would like to request the migration for.

Step 4. In order for us to transfer your web site files and emails from your current web hosting provider we will need the login information for your current web host. Please provide us with the following information:

Current Web Host: i.e SingleHop

Control Panel URL: i.e www.domain.com/cpanel

FTP Hostname: i.e. ftp.domain.com

Account Username / Password

Additional Instructions: If you have any additional instructions for us such as a particular folder you want moved or database, please provide it here.

Step 3. Our customer service representatives will get to your request and will email you back within 24-48 hours. Delays may be caused by slow upload speed by your current web hosting provider. One of our representatives will reply to your email once we have completed the web site file transfer.

**PLEASE NOTE** Please do not change your DNS settings nor request to have your DNS changed to our servers until your web site files and emails have been uploaded by you or by one of our representatives to our servers otherwise it will cause your web site to go down.
